Some of the highly used learning devices include scenarios, role plays, reflection, practice test, reckoner and job aids… just to name a few. These devices involve the learner intellectually, emotionally and physically. Each device has a unique objective. So, what device are you using to impart training that leaves a lasting impression on the learner?

Whether product training, process training or application training, learning devices play a major role in imparting effective training. Some of the highly used learning devices include scenarios, role plays, reflection, practice test, reckoner and job aids… just to name a few. These devices involve the learner intellectually, emotionally and physically. Each device has a unique objective.
